Cancellation Policy
Mane Looks by Ciara charges 30% cancellation fee for any no show or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. Also, please warn me if you are running late. If you are 10, or more minutes late to your appointment I have the right to cancel and we will need to reschedule. In the event of an emergency please contact me ASAP to avoid the cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable.
